How it works
Micron-sized droplets that capture dust without wetting the material
The system breaks water down into microscopic droplets that merge with dust particles. Micron-sized droplets maximize particle capture while minimizing the water added to the product.
This efficiency, with a water flow as low as 0.01 to 0.05 percent by weight of the processed material, preserves product quality and yield.
The nozzles are backed by controlled high-pressure pumping, and it is the right technology when the material cannot take moisture: concentrates, grains, cement or any process where added water affects the product’s quality or commercial weight.
